I want to thank everyone that participated and supported in my campaign for Place 7 of the Highland Village City Council.

Although we fell just short of our ultimate victory, we cannot lose sight of the smaller victories amassed along the way. We ran a good, clean, respectable campaign, a campaign we can be proud of. In doing so, we brought to light the collective desire for change in our great city. We, the residents of Highland Village, want new ideas and new management. We, the residents of Highland Village, want representation that will stand up for our wants and needs, speaking and voting as our collective voice.

Next year, the election for Places 2, 4, and 6 will take place. I urge each of you to continue being active. Continue to vote and campaign for what is important to you. Next year, I may ask for your support again. With all that I have learned from this past election campaign, I promise results. My energy and desire has not waned. In fact, it has grown. I have become more passionate and filled with more conviction about the importance of Intelligent Growth coupled with Preservation.
